Water Damage Restoration
A burst pipe can put a thousand gallons in your house before sunrise. We answer at 2 a.m., get the water out fast, dry the structure right, and rebuild what it ruined, with every step documented for your claim.
What we do
Water out. Structure dry. Home whole.
“Drying out” is where most water jobs go wrong, a rented fan and a weekend won't pull moisture out of wall cavities, subfloor, or insulation, and what stays wet grows mold. We dry to IICRC S500 industry standards and prove it with instruments, not guesses.
- Emergency extraction: truck-mounted and portable extractors for standing water, day or night.
- Moisture mapping: meters and thermal imaging find every wet cavity, not just what your hand can feel.
- Structural drying: commercial air movers and dehumidifiers placed to a drying plan, monitored and logged daily.
- Sewage & category 3 water: proper containment, removal, and sanitization when the water isn't clean.
- Demo only where needed: we cut drywall because the readings say so, not because demo pads the invoice.
- Mold prevention: antimicrobial treatment and verified dry-standard before anything gets closed up.
- Full rebuild: flooring, drywall, trim, cabinets, paint. Same company, no handoff.
- Shut off the water at the fixture or the main valve (usually at the meter or where the line enters the house).
- Kill power to affected rooms at the breaker panel, never stand in water near outlets or appliances.
- Move keepsakes, electronics, and rugs out of the wet area; put foil under furniture legs you can't move.
- Photograph everything before it moves, wet carpet, waterline on drywall, the failed pipe itself.
Then call us: (918) 340-2484. We answer 24/7 and walk you through it until the crew arrives.

Our process
The first 72 hours decide everything.
Water damage is a race against absorption and mold. Here's how we run it.
-
Call & shut-down coaching
We pick up, tell you exactly what to shut off, and roll a crew with extractors and dryers on the truck.
-
Extract standing water
Every hour water stands, it soaks deeper into subfloor and drywall. We get it out fast and stage drying equipment the same visit.
-
Map the moisture & open the claim file
Meter readings and thermal scans across every affected room, photographed and logged, the backbone of your insurance claim.
-
Dry & monitor daily
We check readings every day, adjust equipment, and log progress until the structure hits dry standard, then show you the numbers.
-
Clean & treat
Antimicrobial application, odor control, and contents cleaning so the house is healthy, not just dry.
-
Rebuild
Flooring, drywall, trim, paint, restored to pre-loss condition or better, on one contract with the mitigation.
Hidden water
Signs there's water where it shouldn't be
About half our water calls start with “it's probably nothing.” These are the somethings:
- Musty smell in a room, closet, or under a sink that doesn't air out
- Brown ceiling stains or paint that's bubbling, wrinkling, or peeling
- Cupped, crowned, or suddenly-creaky wood or laminate flooring
- Baseboards pulling away from the wall, or soft spots in drywall
- A water bill that jumped with no change in habits
- Warm spots on a slab floor (classic slab-leak tell)
What to expect
How long does water damage restoration take?
Honest ranges from real jobs, your written plan comes after the first walkthrough.
Extraction & drying
Standing water out day one; structural drying typically runs 3 to 4 days, verified by daily meter readings.
Scope & approval
We prepare the line-item estimate, meet your adjuster, and get the rebuild scope approved.
Rebuild
Small losses (one room) close in days; kitchen or multi-room rebuilds typically run 2 to 6 weeks depending on materials.
Every loss is different. These are honest typical ranges, not promises. We'll give you a written scope and schedule for your home after the first walkthrough.
Insurance
We speak insurance, so you don't have to.
Sudden water losses, burst pipes, supply-line failures, water-heater blowouts, are among the most commonly covered claims in Oklahoma homeowner policies. The catch is proof: adjusters pay what's documented, not what's remembered. Our daily moisture logs, timestamped photos, and line-item scopes are built exactly for that.
Read how we handle documentation, adjuster visits, and supplements on our insurance claims page. It's the part of this work most companies gloss over.
