Contents Cleaning & Pack-Out
Drywall is replaceable. Your grandmother's cedar chest is not. Contents care is where “honoring what remains” stops being a slogan and starts being an inventory sheet, a careful box, and a cleaning bench.
What we do
Inventory. Rescue. Return.
In a fire or major water loss, your belongings either get handled with a system or they get lost, argued over with the adjuster, and grieved twice. Our pack-out process is the system.
- Room-by-room inventory: every item photographed and logged before it moves; you get the list, and so does your claim.
- Careful pack-out: wrapped, boxed, barcoded/labeled, and moved to clean storage while the house is worked on.
- Specialty cleaning: soot removal, odor treatment, textile laundering, and hand-cleaning for delicate pieces.
- Document & photo recovery: stabilization and drying for the things that genuinely can't be re-bought.
- Non-salvage documentation: items that can't be saved get documented for full replacement value, not tossed in a dumpster unrecorded.
- White-glove return: everything comes home clean, on a schedule you set, placed where it belongs.
- Move undamaged keepsakes, documents, and photos away from the damage zone first.
- Don't wipe soot off upholstery or run smoke-damaged electronics, both can turn recoverable into ruined.
- Wet books, photos, and documents: don't peel them apart; get them to us fast (freezing stabilizes paper).
- Start a rough list of what's affected, even phone photos of each room help your claim enormously.
Then call us: (918) 340-2484. We answer 24/7 and walk you through it until the crew arrives.

Our process
The pack-out, step by step
The most personal work we do, run with the most impersonal discipline, because precision is how you protect sentiment.
-
Walk & prioritize
You show us what matters most, those items get handled first and tracked closest.
-
Inventory & photograph
Every item logged with condition notes. This list settles adjuster questions before they're asked.
-
Pack & transport
Wrapped and boxed by category and fragility, then moved to clean, secure storage.
-
Clean & restore
Each item cleaned by the method its material needs, and re-photographed after.
-
Store
Contents wait in storage as long as the rebuild takes. No rush, no monthly ransom surprises.
-
Return & place
Delivered home, unboxed, and placed. The last box is the best day of the whole job.
Insurance
We speak insurance, so you don't have to.
Contents are their own bucket in your policy (personal property coverage), separate from the structure, and the bucket only pays for what's documented. Our itemized inventory with photos becomes the claim's backbone, covering cleaning costs for salvageable items and replacement value documentation for what's lost.
Read how we handle documentation, adjuster visits, and supplements on our insurance claims page. It's the part of this work most companies gloss over.
