Do work worth signing.
Twin Oaks is a young company on purpose, every person we hire now shapes what this crew becomes. If you want to build a trade, be known by name, and drive past houses you helped save, we should talk.
What we're building
A crew, not a headcount
Restoration is honest, meaningful work: you show up on someone's worst day and leave them better than you found them. It's also skilled work: drying science, careful demo, real carpentry, real rebuilds. We train it, certify it, and pay for the getting-better.
- Owner-led job sites: you'll work beside Tyler and Dillon, not for a dispatch app.
- Paid training & certifications: industry credentials (IICRC-track) on our dime as we grow.
- A path up: early hires become the crew leads and project managers of a growing company.
- Respect as policy: for customers, their homes, and each other. Non-negotiable.

Who we're looking for
Experience is great; character is required. If you've got the second and want the first, apply anyway.
Restoration Technician
Water extraction, drying setups, demo, and site care. Nights-and-weekends rotation shared fairly. Disasters don't punch clocks, and neither should one person carry the on-call schedule alone.
Finish Carpenter / Rebuild
Drywall, trim, doors, floors, the crew that turns job sites back into homes. The most thanked position in the company, by a mile.
Twin Oaks Restoration
Grow with the oaks.
Early crew, real training, and a company small enough that your name matters.
